Excited little faces, screaming with joy and bouncing with energy!
A unique activity in Europe, which you can only do at IceKart Rucphen-Breda in Brabant. The children compete with each other, on a giant ice floor in special electric-powered karts with spike tyres. Who is the most agile and wins the race?
Children can also ice kart, of course! From 1.40 metres, kids are welcome in Rucphen-Breda during the regular drift sessions or Kidsdrift. Children under 1.40 metres unfortunately have to wait until they are a bit taller!
Ice karting is absolutely not dangerous, but there are safety instructions that even the kids have to follow. Before entering the ice, the children receive detailed instructions. Of course, they also wear protective clothing and a special helmet. And the karts drive at modified speed for children, so ice karting is still exciting enough to do, but nothing else can happen. Parents and supervisors can ride along with the children (at regular rates) during the heats (in their own kart, of course).
For our smaller friends, we have a more advantageous rate! Indeed, every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon IceKart Rucphen-Breda organises KidsDrift, where our little Max Verstappen fans can show off their skills for just €22.50. Let’s drift away!
At IceKart Rucphen-Breda, any age is welcome. However, you must be at least 1.40 metres tall to go ice karting.
Yes, on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, there are special children’s heats at a reduced rate. During these kids’ heats, the karts are driven at a lower speed. More information about our Kidsdrift can be found here. Children can also participate in the regular programme.
No, everyone only drives their own kart.
Yes this is allowed, only these drift sessions are driven together with other adults and are at normal speed.
